Rangers continue the defense of their Scottish Cup title with a fairly easy trip to Forfar Athletic in their fifth round match on Sunday.
The Gers had a comfortable outing in their fourth round match
against St Johnstone in the fourth round. Rangers took the lead thanks
to an own goal by Stuart McCaffrey in the first half before Nacho Novo
put the result beyond doubt with a second 11 minutes from the final
whistle.
Kenny Miller will be available for selection for Rangers after
recovering from a hamstring injury and is expected to start the game
with striker Nacho Novo out injured. Johnny Russell is cup tied for
Forfar but Mark McGuigan is available for coach Dick Campbell who will
be hoping to spring a surprise on their illustrious opponents.
