AC Milan veteran Paolo Maldini will appear in his last city derby tomorrow as the Rossoneri go for a clean sweep of city rivals Inter this season.
Maldini has achieved legendary status with the Rossoneri, winning seven Serie A titles and five Champions League trophies.
The former Italy international had initially looked to quit the game after last season but Milan’s bosses convinced him to continue.
Milan already surprised Inter with a 1-0 triumph in the first meeting between the sides earlier this campaign.
Inter remain unbeaten at home but one rival Jose Mourinho has struggled against has been Ancelotti.
The coaches have faced each other five times - three friendlies, one European Supercup and one Serie A game - and Ancelotti holds the upper hand with three wins and one defeat.
Mourinho’s men do have the best defence in the tournament with 16 goals given away in 23 games and the most prolific striking force in the competition alongside AC Milan, with 40 goals struck.
Adriano is set to partner Zlatan Ibrahimovic in Inter’s attacking line.
