Blackburn Rovers will be looking to avenge their heavy defeat against Coventry City from last season when the two teams meet once again in their FA Cup fifth round clash on Saturday.
Both the teams were paired against each other in the third round last season and Coventry came away with a thumping 4-1 win with Michael Mifsud scoring a brace. While fans are keen to see their club go on a strong run in the cup, manager Sam Allardyce is expected to rest a number of his key players ahead of a crucial match against Manchester United with Premier League safety taking priority.
Blackburn will be without Steven Reid and Brett Emerton who are out injured while El-Hadji Diouf is not eligible to play after having played in the tournament for Sunderland
